  The single bed was touching the wall. The bed linen was not changed for 4 nights. This is not acceptable. The room too small.

  Convenient location, clean towels. Decent wi-fi connection, fast check-in/out.

  Rather shabby and noisy. No conditioning, at least not in our rooms, though judging by the permanent noise they were installed somewhere very near. Breakfast not very good, could have put at least some vegetables.

  great location for getting around seeing city

  staff were ok but not great. also had to pay 8e to get internet cable and then for the internet also which taught was bit much. ended up paying 12e for 3 hours internet that was very very slow

  - No air conditioning in the room. Just one fan for 3 beds (35C outside!) - Night staff said my booking was not correct and tried to charge me extra. Reception staff on the following morning told me he had misread the booking

  Excellent location for visiting the tourist sites. The inclusive breakfast was very good indeed and plenty of it. The hotel's dinner menu was very good indeed and fairly priced. Even though the hotel is situated in the centre, there was no noise from traffic.

  There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. The rooms might get a little hot in the summer months if it does not have air-conditioning. It might help if trays were provided at breakfast time in order that guests could put breakfast items on tray instead of constantly having to go up to the buffet table to collect your items.

  This hotel offers excellent value for money and makes guests feel safe and secure as reception is manned continuously. Breakfast is ample and dining room offers street views. Rooms are crisp and clean but nt overly luxurious.

  The location is really the best possible. The hotel is tidy and not too expensive. The breakfast was good.

  WLAN did not work out in my room. The rooms are small, but at least single bedroom was sufficient.

  Excellent city centre location, within a 15 minutes walk of the cat.

  My single room was small, gloomy and down-at-heel. The bathroom was clean and bright though.

  The location of the hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes from the pietonal shoping area and cathedral. The hotel and the rooms are clean. The breakefast is very basic and does not variate throughout the days.

  The hotel was good value for money and was very conveniently located.

  There were no facilities for making hot drinks in the room. The staff were not very friendly at the beginning. They seemed to get a little warmer each day.
